In youth Aikido, young people aged approximately 12 to 15 discover how to move, work together, and develop themselves in a relaxed and respectful manner. During the lessons, we work on technique, balance, coordination, and self-confidence, without strength or competition being the central focus.
The training sessions are varied and challenging, tailored to the age and development of the participants. Everyone trains at their own level, in a safe and positive atmosphere where mutual respect comes first.
Whether you already have experience or are stepping onto the mat for the first time, you are very welcome to join a trial lesson.
During the whole year, youth can join for a free trial lessonβs aikido. The trainings are twice a week.
